Wow, we had a great time a the lan party sponsored by Xtreme Players. Invitational GoDS members who attended the party had to make about a two hour trip from the Philadelphia area to attend the party but the trip was well worth it. The lanparty was held in the two car garage at the home of Xtreme Players member Yabi. Initially, the inside of the garage was cold, but after turning on a couple of space heaters combine with the heat of the computers of the gamers who attended the room became warm until someone opened the garage door. There were three memorable things about this party. Balls......no, I think is called Bawls but sounds like balls whenever someone at the lanparty pronounced it.....anyway it's a pretty good carbonated drink that's clear like spite. They were on sale at the party for about two bucks a pop and were the first beverages that the cooler ran out of. Next to every computers sat an empty Bawls bottle. The second most memorable thing were the numerous times we played War Craft 3: Tower Defense and how we all tried to plan the best defense but still in the end we were overrun by angry monsters. We only won four or five times out of the about fifteen games we played Tower Defense. Lastly, was Unreal 2003. We played some "kick-ass" death matches and capture the flag games. Yabi and XP_SANA actually got to play in an online tournament that everyone stood around to watch. The network at the lan party ran pretty smoothly making the party a success that all who attended enjoyed.

umm it was ok ... a typical LAN ... nothing new or XTREME about it.

Just Kidding... It was the BOMB! It had Bawls, BK and GAMES! Who could ask for more. Well there would have been MORE Bawls if I had ordered on timebut still had plenty for everyone.
